Refund policy

We offer a 90-Day Return Guarantee from the day your order is delivered. If your item isn’t right for any reason, just send it back and we’ll sort it out.

Eligible Returns
To be returned, the item must be in its original condition (unused, with tags and packaging). You’ll also need proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@zechoastore.com with your order number.
We’ll send you a return label and instructions on where to send the item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, and we can only issue refunds once we have received your returned item.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If something arrives faulty or not what you ordered, email us right away. We'll replace it or refund it — no stress.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods

Exchanges
If you’d like a different color/size, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period where you may cancel for any reason.

Refunds
Once we inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued if a delivery fails due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

  • The customer being unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

  • Failure to collect the package from the carrier or local post office

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and monitoring delivery notifications. If a package is returned to us for the reasons above, reshipment may be arranged and additional shipping fees may apply.
